Mandated Adult Education

Are you a Darien resident who needs help or information about the following programs?

• High School Credit Diploma 
• General Education Development (GED) Exam
• Adult Basic Education
• Project Succeed
• Citizenship Education
• English As a Second Language (ESL)

By law, all residents of Connecticut who need these programs are entitled to them free of charge. Due to size of their school districts, communities like Darien and New Canaan outsource their mandated education programs to larger municipalities. Stamford Adult Education provides the aforementioned programs to Darien residents who qualify.
