This class is specifically designed to meet the needs of women who are ready to begin or return to the practice of yoga with their babies after giving birth. The class combines the unique bonding experience of sharing gentle contact yoga with their babies, as well as developing a method of personal practice that includes the interest of their budding child. Learn ways to encourage your babies development while finding the space to strengthen, stretch and tone yourself. Certain sessions will be dedicated to learning infant massage.
