Acting 101:Take it from the Top 
Did you ever watch an actor in a play or a movie and think “I could do that,” but not know where to begin? Maybe you want to improve your public speaking, people, or creative skills. Whether you’ve never been on a stage or are looking for a brush-up, this class will provide you with the fundamental principles of acting you need to get started. Adults of all ages will learn how to awaken the senses and the imagination, play an objective, experiment with listening and responding, and decipher the connection between text and action. We’ll also see how theatre skills can be applied to any profession and look at the steps it takes to make acting a rewarding hobby or even a new career. In a fun, casual, and supportive atmosphere, work at your own pace and gain confidence as a performer and a person. (No class 2/15.)
Registrants must be 21 or older.
