Musical Theatre: Acting for the Musical for Adults Only 
Bridging the gap between acting and singing can seem overwhelming, but combining the two skills can be much easier and a lot more fun than it seems. Whether you’re a seasoned actor or have never stepped on a stage, at your own pace and level you will learn about the fundamental principles of musical acting: musicality, phrasing, imagination, sensory work, playing an objective, story telling, and crafting a character - all through songs, exercises, and scenes from musicals. Actors will be coached on songs for auditions and other performance opportunities. Recommended for adults looking to sharpen their creative skills or to audition at the community or professional level, or for those simply interested in gaining appreciation for the artform and having some fun. (No class 4/14.)
Registrants must be 21 or older.
