Fall beckons. Crisp days amid the sea of warm colors that characterize the fall foliage summon us, "Venture out!" Our bodies, despite shortening days and the promise of frosty evenings, remain active: raking leaves, attending football games, walking arm-in-arm with a loved one on cool evenings, singing around campfires.
